Dackel Photography is a Philadelphia-based business founded by Jamielee Kircher and Jacqueline Passaro. Both South Philadelphia natives graduated from University of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography in May 2007. Their business grew by word of mouth, from one person to the next.
